Perhaps a few hundred years ago this would have been described as literature and art. But you'll find half of my books are trashy heroic fantasy and I can only just pick out the great works of the last few hundred years - sure I know what I like but your installation of a bed with trash around it can kiss my arse.

Proud to work for Cardiff University #2 - CU made the Stonewall Top 100 Employers list this year, in recognition of support and development of LGBT staff.
I’m sure CU aren’t doing this but sometimes I get a bit of a gripe on… Really employers trying to match quotas for race and sexuality (The Police are probably the worst offenders) are just as bad as those opposed to it.
Hire the person not who they are.
